3. Scope of the order

The Provider does the following preparatory work in Manifolio for the Client, before the organisation’s owner accepts the Terms of Service:

• creating the organisation and its sites (projects)
• modelling the content: types, fields, languages
• entering or importing content supplied by the Client
• uploading media files supplied by the Client
• setting up API keys, forms and the site integration
• Other work

6. Personal data

For personal data in the content and files prepared, the Client is the controller and the Provider is a processor. Processing follows the Data Processing Agreement, in the version in force on the date of signing (at the date of this template, 1.3), published at manifolio.com/legal/dpa, which applies from the signing of this order. The sub-processors are those on the list published at manifolio.com/legal/subprocessors. AI features stay off until an owner of the organisation turns them on.

7. Applicable terms

This order refers to the Manifolio Terms of Service, in the version in force on the date of signing (at the date of this template, 1.3; manifolio.com/legal/terms), which apply in addition. The content prepared belongs to the Client. Once the invitation is accepted, the relationship continues under the Terms; if the Client does not accept, it may ask for an export of the content, and the organisation is deleted as set out in section 12 of the Terms. If they differ, this order prevails on the matters it covers. The Romanian version prevails over this translation.
